    My lovely friend Anumeet sent me her mom’s Butter Chicken recipe because she know how much I love Indian food (and have a mild obsession with Bollywood movies).  I couldn’t wait to stop by my local Asian store to grab some ingredients and try it out.     My husband doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth, but this is one cupcake that he can’t resist. I think he devoured three in about 10 minutes the first time I made these.   It’s also amazingly quick and easy to make! This recipe is definitely going on our go-to brunch list.
